Lowlands Coaching is a coaching practice for hybrid and endurance athletes, based in West Chester and Exton, PA. We work with HYROX competitors, cyclists, mountain bikers, triathletes, and runners. Every plan starts with your data, not a template.

We’re based in West Chester, PA, with group HYROX training at Fitness Factory. We also coach athletes online if you’re outside the area or prefer remote check-ins. Local and remote athletes both get personalized plans.

Every athlete is different. We build training around your body, your schedule, and your goals, not a generic program. That means real data, real structure, and plans that flex when life gets in the way. Training should also be fun. If it’s not, you won’t stick with it.

Three: lactate testing, Aerotune power testing, and INSCYD testing. Together they measure your heart rate zones and power zones, so your training plan is built on your actual physiology instead of a guess.

Yes. Lowlands Coaching builds HYROX-specific training, both personalized 1-on-1 plans and group sessions at Fitness Factory in West Chester. Programming targets the strength, endurance, and speed HYROX actually demands, not general fitness.

Yes, Endorphins Run Club. It’s open to runners who want structured training alongside a group, not just solo miles.

A mix of strength work, engine-building conditioning, and station-specific practice, like SkiErg technique, structured around your test results and your race date. Group sessions run at Fitness Factory. 1-on-1 plans are fully personalized.

Yes. We coach cycling, mountain biking, triathlon, and running, with plans built around your performance testing results and your schedule.

Yes. We coach plenty of first-timers. We’ll walk you through what the stations actually require and build you a plan from wherever you’re starting.

Yes. Gerry has trained in martial arts for over 40 years, including Krav Maga, Judo, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He’s raced multiple triathlons at sprint, Olympic, and half distances, competed in crit, cyclocross, and mountain bike racing, and run everything short of a marathon, including five Ragnar relays. He’s also completed multiple individual and duo HYROX and DEKAFIT events himself.
